Don’t trust your roof to just any company. Ultimate Home Services uses a stringent, client-centric process to ensure collaboration occurs at every critical junction and that you’re informed every step of the way. 
Remove
After receiving your signature of approval our licensed & insured staff will get started on stripping your roof immediately. The removal phase happens like this:
  • Using a roofers spade we remove the old shingles entirely from your roof
  • After removal the plywood underneath is then checked for mold/decay
  • A final assessment of the roof is made to inform you of any further problems that may be found

Install​
It’s a thrill when you see your vision implemented right in front of you. Our installers are licensed, bonded, and certified. Each one must pass our rigorous internal certification.


The installation phase happens like this:
  • Pre-install walkthrough with your principal installer and lead roofer
  • ​Installation of your new roof down to the last detail
  • ​Post-installation walkthrough to ensure customer education & satisfaction.
Assess
Our assessment process is built around you. You’ll collaborate with our licensed roofers to meticulously plan every detail without breaking your budget.


The assessment phase happens like this: 
  • Initial consultation between you and one of our licensed roofers
  • Delivery of estimate document including an estimated total & work to be completed 
  • Follow up meeting with you to answer questions and get your signature of approval
